Must Disrupt is a forward deployed AI strategy and engineering practice. We do not hand over a roadmap and leave. We build the automation, the custom AI, and the governance your operations need, working inside the business until your team can run it without us.
That is the difference between advising on AI and adopting it. One produces a deck. The other changes how the business runs.
How we work
Most AI engagements end at a deliverable. A roadmap gets handed over, the consultants leave, and the business is left to work out the part that actually mattered. We do not sell that.
Everything runs through the same method: three diamonds, each widening the field before narrowing it, on a governance and security foundation. Discover and Define settle what the problem actually is. Design and Develop settle what gets built. Demo and Evaluate settle whether it holds. Deploy and Govern carry on afterwards, because oversight is not a phase you finish.
We stay small on purpose, so we can work inside a few businesses at a time and stay accountable for what we build.
